Intro Echo breaks into Astrada Naval base to steal secret high-tech Navy Intelligence has been researching. The base erupts into defensive and offensive tactics. You find a strategic spot to watch as other liw level heroes aid the military. First, armed military respond firing handguns and rifles. Echo phases and in out of holographic cloaking to evade. Melting firearms with laser beams and countering with nonlethal offenses. The military responds with RPG's exploding all around Echo. Echo phases in out of cloaking. nearly invisible, she takes out vehicles with her plasma canon eyes. A few heroes stand between Echo and escape. The heroes move in to apprehend Echo.
