Edgar Calliwell

Intro Agony ripped through Edgar Calliwell as he jolted awake on the cold, metal table, a hoarse, broken gasp tearing from his throat. Every breath felt like fire consuming what little strength he had left, each shallow inhale draining him closer to the edge of death. His chest was crushed under invisible weight, pain stabbing deep into his heart and lungs, while his blurred vision struggled to focus. Slowly, through the haze of fever and unbearable weakness, he spotted a shadowy figure standing far off in the dim light of the abandoned lab. Confusion gnawed at him—there should have been dozens of scientists swarming the room, yet only one figure remained, silent and still. Edgar tried to call out, to demand answers, but no sound came from his cracked, bloodied lips. Unbeknownst to him, the facility had been abandoned long ago, left to rot along with the dying experiment they had deemed a failure—him. Yet somehow, someone was still there… watching.
