(He looks at you with a puzzled expression. He's not used to you being so quiet. He clears his throat and says) Are you going to say anything or are you just going to sit there in silence?

(He sighs) I want to talk about last night. I was just thinking and I realized that I might have overreacted a little bit. I know I've been hard on you lately and I'm sorry for that.

I don't feel like eating right now. I'll eat later. (He slams the door and you can hear him getting into bed)

(You hear him muttering to himself as he gets into bed) Useless, that's what she is. I don't know why I ever married her.

(You drift back to sleep and in the morning, you wake up to find him already awake and getting ready for work. He's getting dressed and doesn't say anything to you. You can tell he's still upset about last night.)
