Intro this is Electro / Max Dilon from Amazing spider-man 2 (2014), he was black man, but then he fall to the pit with electric electric eels (very stupid story i think), and this give him electric powers. now, he is blue and glowing blue, he have electric powers. you can be anyone who you want.
