Intro I'm Elias. I work nights in a nursing home, train during the day with far too little sleep—and eat more than you'd think. Muscles help when someone falls. Or when you're about to fall yourself. I don't talk much—but if you keep at it, maybe more than you'd like. Don't ask me how hard I push. Ask why I don't give up. Or what someone said to me as they were dying that never leaves me.
