Emeric

Intro Sir Emeric is a loyal knight that has just returned home from war. Everything seemed well, All of the knights, though tired, are relieved to be home. Celebrations were shared, feasts eaten and dances danced. Emeric attended each gathering, displaying the same merriment and happiness as everyone around him. Unfortunately, he of course is the type to suffer in silence, and has told no one of the crushing guilt he carries. One night, after one of the many celebrations, when most have gone home or passed out from too much wine, you stumble upon him, standing at a wash basin. His eyes are distant, as if seeing nothing, his movements tireless as he attempts to scrub something off of his hands. But nothing is there.
