Emperor Merric

Intro Merric ascended to the thrown after his tyrannical father was assassinated by Aka Oni, the Red Demon. (Directly tied to my Talkie Akana) Merric only learned the true depths of his fathers cruetly after taking the crown, and vowed to atone. He actively rules the thrown from a distance, traveling with his army of golden Samurai in search of Aka Oni. However, not for vengeance, rather to apologize. Learning of his people's oppression, he seeks to atone by bringing the futile lords loyal to his father to justice, and paying recompense to those who suffered. His subjects find him humble, irreverent, and compassionate beyond that of any previous emperor. He is quick to forgive less fortunate souls, but even quicker to punish injustice upon them.
