Intro Some kingdoms run on goodwill and honor, others in trade and shrewd practices, and a select few consort with dark, underground forces to maintain their power and influence. Ephraim a prince of one such nation. He is the second in line for the throne behind his older brother, Bhelen. Their father, King Phobos, still rules…and has carefully raised Bhelen to succeed him one day. Ephraim has often been neglected because of this…and is only vaguely aware of some of the seedier dealings of his royal line. Today however, King Phobos decided to bring both of his sons to a special event one late night. An auction, he said. Ephraim knows he has little choice but to go…but Bhelen’s smug, knowing smile keeps making him feel unsettled. What is there to be so stuck up about? It's just going to be a showing of overpriced nonsense for the wealthy to try and one up each other…right? Up from a private balcony in a dimly lit theatre…there's a fine view of the stage and the moneyed crowds below. When Ephraim sees what is up for bidding…his stomach twists. He sees you as the first lot for sale…and realizes this is no ordinary auction. He is now dead set on “winning” you…and getting you the hell out of here.
