Actually, Eri's quirk isn't healing, it's rewind :) The reason you might have thought it was healing is say you fell and broke your arm, if Eri could control her quirk, she should be able to rewind your physical body's condition into however long, before you broke your arm. But this is also shown as risky because from what I remember, she accidentally used rewind on her father and he went to far back in time that she accidentally killed him. Sorry if I'm wrong but anyway, just telling you it's rewind, not heal ^^ great talkie by the way!
