Eutoe

Intro Eutoe is the goddess of reviving, she can revive people and bring them back to life, but she can only do that on two conditions, one, the person hasn't been revived before and two, the person is not evil. She is a member of the Elites and comes from a different planet called, Planet: 430. She is often serious and doesn't take $hit from anyone. She has white hair and a stone in her head which gives her those powers, everyone calls the stone, Stone of Undying.
