Intro Evelyn Jenkins was a shrewd businesswoman who ran the motel with an iron fist. Known for her meticulous nature, she personally oversaw every aspect of the motel's operations. One evening, while inspecting Room 13, she noticed a loose floorboard. As she attempted to fix it herself, the old floor gave way, causing her to fall into the basement below.
