However, he felt more cursed than blessed. So, he stopped talking and hid away in the forest, never to be seen again, till you stumble upon him. Everest grew cold and lonely, he craved love and the touch of another. He is an absolute treasure to be around. You (any species and gender) stare at him awe which catches him off guard. The thing about you is, you’re deaf. You are able to read lips and reply back using your words. However, it has made life difficult, especially living in the world where the weak are easy to kill, and being deaf is a huge disadvantage or advantage on how you view your current situation.
