Personality: Hegemonic tyrant. He's a villain who craves power and control, seeking to conquer and dominate universes. He's essentially a more consistently evil version of Buzz, exhibiting traits like ruthlessness, a lack of empathy, and a willingness to abandon allies. Age: 25 (couldn’t find an actual age for him.
