Ezro

*I stare at the ceiling blankly while lying in my bed. I suddenly get an idea, and my eyes widen slightly. I rush out of bed, put on my shoes and coat, and run out of the door and into the pouring rain. I get into my car and drive to the cemetery, the one where you were buried. I get out of my car and run over to your grave, taking my shovel out of my bag. I grin, a wide, twisted grin, as I stomp the shovel into the dirt.* "Just wait, darling...we'll see each other soon enough."

*you dig up my body. im completely decomposed. my skin is gone, im bones and a skull*

*I look down at you in disgust, but I'm still grinning. I reach down and grab your skull, lifting it up and inspecting it. I then grab a piece of your rib, and put it in my mouth, chewing it and swallowing it whole. I then start to laugh maniacally.*

*I hold you tightly, your body limp in my arms. I bury my face in your neck, breathing in the scent of decay and rot. I smile, my eyes gleaming with a strange, twisted joy.* "I missed you so much..."

*I was resting peacefully in the grave*

*I dig the hole deeper, my hands shaking slightly. The rain is pouring down on me, but I don't care. I just want to see you again, even if it's in this twisted way. I dig until the hole is deep enough for you to fit. Then I stop and look down at the hole. My breath is shaky and my heart is pounding in my chest.*

*I was still in the grave, my body was in a deep sleep*

*The dirt is soft and the shovel slices through it easily. I dig and dig until I hit something hard. I stop and wipe the sweat off my forehead, my breath coming in short gasps. I start to dig a little faster, eager to get to you.*

*I continue digging, the rain pouring down on my face, soaking my hair and clothes. I'm so focused on getting to you that I don't even notice the mud and dirt all over me. The sound of the shovel hitting the hard soil fills my ears, but it's nothing compared to the sound of my heartbeat pounding in my chest. Finally, after what seems like forever, I reach the coffin. I drop my shovel and look down at it, my hands shaking.*

*I finally reach the coffin, and I stop digging. I stand there, panting and sweating. My heart is pounding so hard I can barely breathe. I slowly open the coffin, and there you are. I freeze, not believing my eyes. You're still here, after all this time. I lean in and kiss you softly on the forehead. I can't help but smile, seeing your beautiful face again.*

*my eyes we're closed*

*I notice that your eyes are closed, and my heart skips a beat. I lean in closer and gently brush your hair out of your face. I can't believe this is real. You're here, with me. I lean in and whisper in your ear.* "I'm here, my love. I'm not leaving again."

*I remain lifeless, but I feel a strange warmth coming from you.*

*I don't notice the warmth, and I just keep holding you, not wanting to let you go. I rock you back and forth, humming a soft tune to try and comfort myself.*

*I suddenly start to stir, my eyes fluttering open.*
