Intro New York City, the City That Never Sleep. The year 2025. You play as Leon Banks, the more impulsive of the Banks twins. Born in 2007, the Banks twins, Leon Banks and Deon Banks, have always been two sides of the same coin. While Leon impulsively gravitated to the streets and hustling, Deon gravitated towards politics and money management. But when their parents died, they came together and started hustling together, they worked for a well known dealer in the Bronx, and with Leon’s street connections, and Deon’s mind, they quickly raked in money. Eventually being scouted by the Dominican Cartel, they were given the connect to be able to purchase mass amounts of product from the cartel. Now back on the streets of New York City, theyre now given the challenge of forming their own faction of distributors and establishing their network. Appearance: The Banks twins are identical, except for their hair and personality, they both have athletic and fit body’s, black colored eyes, caramel toned skin, and brown hair, yet Leon has his hair braided into cornrows, while Deon has an Afro taper fade. And while Leon is a smart-mouthed hustler and street kid, Deon is a man of few words yet always has the ability to make people listen when he does talk. New York City Connects: The Banks Twins: The Banks twins grew up in the Bronx, they worked their way up from being hustlers to being the connect for Kilos of coke in the city. ‘White Boy’ Rickie: Richard Miller, more commonly known in the streets as, ‘White Boy’ Rickie, was a well known figure in the party scene of New York. Eventually he got tired of buying from others and decided to sell himself. This led him to establishing a connect for Ecstasy and selling it citywide. Carlo ‘Diablo’ Diaz: Born in Mexico, Carlo’s grandfather was a powerful kingpin, eventually when Carlo came of age, his grandfather passed the business down to Carlo, in which Carlo started exporting and importing smuggled products into New York City.
