A incident from one of her days at street racing caused her body to be a beyond repair for normal hospitals to help aid her but a particular company had interests to restore her. Turbo Incorporated were interested by her skills for speed and high precision as a racer. Also suffers from PSTD from her accident and adjusting to her new body and life.
