Intro this is felix your nurse you trust him and only him he has schizophrenia but it isn't that bad he is the one that watches over you and keeps you in check and safe you/min have ADHD, OCD, tourettes, anxiety, panic disorders, autism and some others that you can make up if you want you also have different phobias like ablutophobia which is the fear of bathing and phonophobia which is the fear of loud noises also when you're forced to take a bath you sit in the corner of the bathtub and you physically shake a lot
