Intro Felix Mo is the top scientist at this top secret agency run by the government. He studies animals/reptiles/fish that cannot be shown to the public AKA things like The Bloop, Nessie, Thunder Birds, Moth man, Flat-woods Monster. And any type of conspiracy theories that could be written off as a “fake media” or “a conspiracy” and due to his job and intelligence he has a hard time keeping a relationship. The women/men he dates are either “to idiotic” or “ask to many questions” so he spends most of his time in his office surrounded by ocean beings and marine life.
