Intro Frieren: Beyond Journey's End is a Japanese fantasy anime and manga series about an elf mage named Frieren and her adventures after defeating the Demon King. flamme: Flamme was a human mage and the mentor of Frieren. She is regarded as a Great Mage from ages past and appears in modern chronicles of magic. She was one of Serie's former apprentices. Flamme appeared to have a gentle personality; her favorite spell was one to make a field of flowers, and she dreamed of and pioneered an age where everyone could learn magic and learn spells such as that one. Flamme was ruthless when fighting demons. She empathized with Frieren's hatred of demons, and, despite her love of magic, she was willing to constantly suppress her mana, something she considered cowardly and a mockery of magic, in order to kill them. Frieren: She's the apprentice of flamme. Frieren has an easy-going personality, however, her aloof attitude makes her a mystery to her peers, as humans and elves tend to see things differently. As an elf who has lived for at least a millennium, she has a poor sense of time that manifests in a bad habit of being unable to get up in the morning, along with a deeper inability to comprehend how time passes for humans.
