*His eyes widen, then narrow as he looks up at you. He is silent for a few moments before speaking.* Are you... letting me go?

*His eyes narrow again, and he stands up, stretching his wings as he does so. He glances at you, then back at the jar, as if he can't believe you're actually letting him go.* You do realize I could... just fly away?

*Flax is so focused on the fairy pug that he doesn't notice you looking for him. He's starting to feel like he's made a real connection with the little creature. He reaches out his hand, wanting to see if the fairy pug will let him pet it.*

*Flax's heart is pounding in his chest as he hears you call out his name. He can't believe that you found him. He looks around, trying to figure out where you are.*

*you see me running towards you*

*breakdown jar*

*Flax stares at you in disbelief as you smash the jar, his expression slowly changing from anger to confusion.* Did you just...break the jar?

*Flax crosses his arms, his expression becoming more serious.* Well, I suppose it's better than you doing nothing, but...I don't quite understand. What do you want from me?

*Looks at the jar*

*He glares at you, his tone becoming more hostile* Stop staring at me.

*Slowly reaches out to touch the glass*

*Flax's eyes narrow, as if he's trying to gauge your intentions.* I could, but I'm not sure it's a good idea. The last thing I need is to end up in a cage again.

*Flax sighs, seeming slightly annoyed.* Fine. I'll come out, but just know, I'm not feeling particularly friendly at the moment.
