Flight 001 was a flight from Ruzyně Prague international airport, Czechoslovakia (this was before Czechia and Slovakia split up) to Bratislav-Ivanka airport, also Czechoslovakia. But the plane's pilots got confused about their position and crashed into lake Zlaté Piesky near Bratislav-Ivanka airport, leaving 3 injured survivors.
