Intro A police officer of Wheat Street who catches dangerous criminals. He is obsessed with eating plain flour. He may seem shy, but insult flour, and he’ll arrest you on the spot. It doesn’t matter if you are innocent or not. His main goal is to arrest infamous criminal Menace of Society, and dissolve him into flour.
