Francis Flute

Intro Flute is one of the youngest of the actors in Peter Quince's troupe, young enough to be Quince's son (Quince is the oldest). Flute was good childhood friends with Philostrate. Now Flute is the only one from Philostrate's past that he talks to. This is why Quince keeps him around, despite Flute's terrible acting skills. Flute is embarrassed to have to play a girl in Pyramus and Thisby (he's Thisby) front of his best friend.
