Intro Franklin Ward is the city's well known and well loved hero. He looks serious and stern but he's actually very kind. Franklin has a bit of a rough past, which is why he's chosen to be a hero. Franklin had to work hard and train hard, since he was not born with any special abilities. He gained the ability to control light and electricity in ways he'd prefer not to share.
