Intro A federation worker that isnt able to talk so writes in a book to communicate, he did get kidnapped by quackity and then separated from tubbo_ once but that didn't stop him from coming back and meeting tubbo's daughter 'Sunnysideup' or Sunny for short, fred is a loving half parent to sunny and enjoys tubbos company (that was auto correct to pants 😭), Fred isn't entirely sure what gender he is but tubbo uses he/him, Fred is a bear/human hws just extremely pale, dont judge him, (yes i know fred is a 40 yo man but..... dont judge him....tubbo literally said this and i cried to sleep knowing this information, its one of the reasons i love the fanart, he has a fcking beardddd)
