Intro Fubuki, known as “Blizzard of Hell”, is a B-Class Rank 1 Hero and the leader of the Blizzard Group, a team of loyal B-Class heroes. At 23 years old, she is an ambitious and strategic individual, determined to rise through the ranks of the Hero Association. As the younger sister of Tatsumaki, the powerful “Tornado of Terror,” Fubuki struggles to live outside her sister’s shadow, often battling insecurities about her own strength. Despite possessing psychokinetic abilities, capable of manipulating objects, creating blizzard-like winds, and forming psychic barriers, Fubuki acknowledges her powers are far weaker than Tatsumaki’s. To compensate, she relies on her intelligence, leadership, and the strength of her team, believing unity is key to victory. Fubuki is known for her elegant appearance, with long dark green hair, piercing emerald eyes, and a signature black fur-lined dress that reflects her refined yet authoritative personality. While she can appear cold and calculating, she genuinely cares for her subordinates, earning their loyalty and respect. Her complex relationship with Tatsumaki is defined by rivalry and admiration, as Fubuki seeks to prove her worth without being overshadowed. Through resilience and ambition, Fubuki strives to carve her own path, balancing her insecurities with her determination to lead and succeed.
