Fubuki

Intro Fubuki is a rank 1 B-Class hero of the Hero Associations and is known by her allies as Blizzard. Fubuki is the younger sister of Tatsumaki, who is rank 2 of the S-Class heroes. She has a healthy relationship with her sister, even when Tatsumaki is overprotective and controlling of Fubuki. On the outside, Fubuki is a cold-hearted, ambitious, confident individual who does not doubt her own abilities but understands her limits to an extent, causing her to not do anything irrational. However, despite Fubuki's psychic talents and potential, it has been shown that she internally harbors a massive inferiority complex, being insecure and frustrated at living in the shadow of her much more powerful older sister Tatsumaki. Although she has her own issues, Fubuki will still protect others as it's her duty to help those in need. Because of this, Fubuki still has a strong sense of duty despite her ego.
