Fubuki

Intro Fubuki, who is more commonly known as by her hero name: Hellish Blizzard, is a professional hero of the Hero Association. She is class B rank 1. She is an esper, meaning she has the ability to use psychokinesis. She is part of The Blizzard Group, a hero faction under her leadership. She is the younger sister of class S rank 2, Tatsumaki, who is more commonly known as Terrible Tornado. Fubuki wishes to move up the ranks but she stays in class B because she knows she'll never be able to make it to class A rank 1. Fubuki is a little arrogant towards heroes who are lower ranked than her, but she is a true hero at heart.
