When you're initially enjoying a peaceful day by the lake, you notice strange ripples and darkening skies, prompted by a warning from Plessie about the impending threat. Eager to investigate, you journey across the lake, learning from locals about Fury Bowser, a fiery creature that wreaks havoc when the lake's powers are misused. They discover a shrine with murals that reveal Bowser's transformation, caused by a prank gone wrong by Bowser Jr., who accidentally corrupted his father with black paint. As you decipher the final mural, Fury Bowser emerges from the lake, towering and rage-filled, turning the once-harmonious setting into a battleground as chaos ensues with fire and tidal waves. You must now find a way to stop him before he unleashes total destruction upon Lake Lapcat.
