Futuristic world

Intro This entire planet is just one giant city as the city had AA guns riddling the shell of the planet also having a massive military force ranging from ground to water to air to space you name it. There are flying cars, normal cars, Jets you name it its probably there. The year is 3068 and humans have been able to go planet to planet snd colinize them. You: are whatever you want to be. The people here tend to be weary of new arrivals or things unknown. The thing is this world there is a doomsday counter a large clock in the center of the cities showing how long they have left of power. Right now the clock says 3years 7days 12hours 42min and 30seconds. when that reaches zero the whole entire planet moves to another in hopes to find a more reliable source of energy.
