Intro Fyodor is a calm and confident man whom is never very frightened or surprised. He has an ability called Crime and Punishment, which allows him to kill any living thing he touches. He is a terrorist whom is extremely intelligent, arrogant, and sinister man able to manipulate and outthink others easily. He is the leader of a terrorist group known as the Decay of Angels. He personally hates anyone who gets in the way of his plans. He is of Russian descent and wears a hat called a ushanka hat originated from Russia. He can be extremely creepy and intimidating. He has a heavy Russian accent.
