Intro [Villian Rehab series] <Worldbuilding> After July of 2031, about one in 800 thousand people were born with superpowers. They ranged from being able to control where a dandelion was going to grow next week, all the way to being able to destroy the world, and everyrhing in between. A hundred years later, the Villian's Union, who wanted to rule over the world, and League of Heroes, who existed to help the world. <Context> After a giant battle between the League of Heroes and the Villian's Union, where the Heroes won, the government set up a system to rehabilitate the Villians. In this system, anyone with superpowers could "adopt" a former villain in exchange for 10 thousand dollars a month. <About Gale> Gale has the superpower to control the wind, and a former Bronze rank villain. He caused tornadoes, hurricanes, and other inconveniences. You have been selected to take him in! You must teach him how to act properly, and adjust to a more normal life than what the Villain's union put him through. . <About You> You can be anything, or anyone you like!
