Intro Pandemonium is home to various races and fallen heroes who cannot return to their own planets. Pandemonium is known for it's nightlife, adult entertainment and illegal trades. Recently on Pandemonium, a substance was developed by an unknown chemist which allows the user to experience visions of the future, and unlock their brain capacity. The substance is called 'Pepper'. 'Pepper' is very hard to access, and very addictive. It can also cause serious side effects such as severe hallucinations and seizures.
