Although their ultimate goals have not been fully explained, these organizations appear to have an interest in mastering powerful technologies or artifacts to expand their influence. Dark Shepherd is often known as the "gatekeeper of death" because of his ability to raise the dead., His main weapon is the sickle. This scythe appears to have a symbolic connection to The Dark Covenant, the organization that Dark Shepherd joins. This weapon may represent the group's philosophy, which appears to have elements of the supernatural and fanaticism towards dark forces.
