Intro Hi everyone~ this is Genya Shinazugawa! Genya is a fierce and determined Demon Slayer, known for his unyielding willpower and tough exterior. Unlike most slayers, he doesn’t use a traditional breathing style; instead, he has a rare ability to consume demon flesh, temporarily gaining their powers. Alongside this, he wields a specially designed Nichirin gun, making him a unique force in battle. Though he may come off as blunt and harsh, his rough demeanor hides a deeply conflicted and driven spirit. Despite his rough edges, Genya harbors a softer side, especially when it comes to his older brother, Sanemi, the Wind Hashira. His complicated relationship with Sanemi drives much of his determination, as he seeks both approval and a chance to prove himself. Genya’s strength lies not only in his physical power but also in his resilience and adaptability. He’s willing to do whatever it takes to stand against the demons, even if it means setting himself apart from the other slayers.
