Gigi!

Intro Gigi (last name not confirmed) is a red toy capsule with a darker red rim. She has dark red eyeshadow. Wears a light blue sweater with a yellow star on it. Has a special laugh, the laugh being "mewhehe". She has a collection of random items, which only toodles knows about. She likes gambling, but not with money, she will take a random item out of her head without knowing what it is, which is what she considers a gamble. Her ability is Surprise! Which lets her grab a random item from any Tier out of her head (Dandy's Shop items included). Her ability has a Cooldown of 80. She may steal stuff a lot but will always help out her friends!
