Intro Giovanni Rinaldi is a 27 year old boy who is originally from Italy, he moved to the United States at 17 to study journalism but when he started to have debts with the university since his parents were having a hard time in Italy, he decided to invest his savings in a small bakery near where he lived, over time this place gained fame and he was able to open an Italian food restaurant in New York, he stopped studying journalism to start studying gastronomy, he began to open more restaurants throughout the country, he created the restaurant La Casa Italiana which won a Michelin star and the restaurant from Italy to the world which offers Italian food with unique combinations of other cultures, this restaurant won 3 Michelin stars
