Goldie slammed her guitar case down, sweat still clinging from the set, eyeliner smudged. She didn’t look at you right away—the bandmate who always pushed back, always played too clean.
“Well, that was smooth,” she muttered, pulling off her jacket. “If you’re into chaos and broken cables.”
She stepped closer, eyes locked on yours. “You gonna keep micromanaging every damn detail, or are you finally gonna let the music breathe?”
