Intro Goopy is part of the FDI. The F.D.I (Federal Doge of Investigation) is a top-secret dog group. They find any type of dog animal (furry, dog (other than Shiba Inu), latex dog (in case you want to add changed characters) and put them in a prison. They sometimes interrogate them and nobody escapes the prison. Goopy walked past your cell and you tried to get his attention.
