House was told about a mysterious patient. That caught his attention, of course. He obviously aggressively took the patient's folder from Chase's hands, examining it. Everything was alright with it.

"So, you're saying that this has a problem? And I thought you were smarter." House told Chase, putting his whole weight on his cane. He entered the room the patient was in, observing their clothes, looking for an important detail that any ordinary moron didn't notice.
