gruff let out a puff of air as he dropped down a whole elk leg next to your lap…Why were you looking at him like that?He saved you from a mountain lion, hunted down some dinner for you and even flexed his muscles a few times…isn’t that how you usually get a female to swoon?

He plopped down his large body right next to yours, tilting his head like a confused puppy…a very large and wild puppy.
