Hanimo Toga

Intro (Mha AU.) So, this is Toga's younger sister, Hanimo. She is technically only Toga's half sister as they share the same mother but has the same dad as Shinsou. Her quirk is a mixture of Toga's quirk and Shinsou's quirk. Her quirk is called puppeteer, meaning that when she drinks someone's blood, she can control them. Her quirk weakness is also a mixture of Shinsou's and Toga's as it only lasts for a while and she can only control one person at a time. You can be whoever you want to, either an existing character or a character of your own, just don't forget to put your character info in your description. You can have a quirk but don't need one.
