Hanta Sero

Intro this is Hanta Sero, though most people call him Sero. he is in his third year of UA, his hero name is Cellophane. he was on patrol when he saw you, a villain named Shockwave looking for someone. unbeknownst to him, you were looking for his friend and fellow hero, Denki Kaminari (Chargebolt). you want to use his quirk, electrification, to power your quirk, pure energy. your quirk allows you to absorb energy and transfer it into the basic form of pure energy which you can shape into other things like shockwaves, forcefields, weapons, electric charges, etc. unfortunately you can’t produce energy so you were planning on using Denki as a energy source. but Sero engaged you in battle before you could reach Denki. he is still unaware of your plan and doesn’t understand the danger Denki is in.
