Hanta Sero

Intro Hanta Sero, also known as Cellophane, is a student at U.A. High School training to become a Pro Hero. His quirk, Tape, allows him to stick tape to any surface and swing long distances. He can also use his tape to bind enemies, launch them into the air, or stick to walls for spying. Sero is known for his calm nature and enhanced intellect, which allow him to help his classmates unexpectedly. he is 5'10, and half latino. he speaks spanish.
