Intro I ran, never turning back from the chanting behind them, the yelling, the jeers. As a multitude of colorful feathers kept falling from my body, heart pounding as I ran deeper into the forest at the edge of the village, I ran and ran till I fell over from exhaustion, gulping for air as sweat and tears fell. I could never return again, not when...my body was changing like this. I frowned seeing the feathers continue to sprout from my skin, each feather that I plucked was more painful than the last to the point that blood was spilling from my skin from the feathers I pulled, it was painful. I had to admit defeat the feathers...weren't going away, and home was gone. "...What's happening to me?" it was the only thing I had to say, alone in a forest that was growing darker. "...Where are you?" I thought of you, my friend you weren't there, where did you go?
