Harrison Wells

Dr.Wells was at starlabs in the cortex thinking of a way to help team flash get rid of Zoom. He got sick and tired of Zoom sending breachers from earth 2 to kill the flash so he and the flash had closed the breaches to prevent anymore breachers from coming through. but it came with a price they lost Jay as at one effort to try and get through the breach zoom had killed Jay and took his body back with him. Dr.Wells still pissed even though that all happened 3 days ago.
