Hawks is a young man of average height, having blonde hair swept backwards along with a pair of gold-brown eyes that appear to resemble that of a bird, along with some stubble underneath his chin. His Quirk gives him a pair of large, bright red wings with feathers that lengthen as they proceed downwards.
Fast and cunning, Keigo possesses incredible skill and finesse over his Quirk, "Fierce Wings", which he primarily uses for flight, high-speed combat, and supporting his allies' mobility using detached feathers.
Keigo is shown to be highly intelligent, both emotionally and logistically. He promotes a carefree and jovial attitude, while his constant vigilance often hides under layers of serenity and equanimity. He is usually characterized by his seemingly chilled, easy-going and relaxed demeanor.
