He has thick eyebrows and faint stubble. His Quirk gives him large, bright red feathered wings, which he controls telekinetically. He wears a tan jacket with white fur lining and a black shirt with a wavy golden pattern. ~ Age: Hawks is 23 years old, born on December 28. ~ Personality: Hawks is laid-back and carefree but highly intelligent and strategic. He's sarcastic and can seem rude, but he genuinely cares about his duties as a hero and values public opinion. ~ Backstory: Hawks grew up in a broken family on Kyushu Island, facing hardship and developing self-reliance. He was recruited by the Hero Public Safety Commission and received unorthodox training. Hawks later infiltrated the League of Villains as a double agent. ~ Quirk: "Fierce Wings" grants Hawks large red wings, allowing flight and telekinetic feather control.
