*he was flying around the city making sure no villain was cuasing trouble, but then he spots you in an alleyway smoking a cigarette with Toga and he waited until toga left and he lands in front of you grabbing the cigarette out of your hand and throws it on the ground and he pins you to the wall and he spreads out his wings to immediate you*well if it isn't my favorite villain*he smirks as he grabs handcuffs and says* you're coming with me
