Well, we got 2 options. 1: Shoto dyed his hair green, or 2: Hawks doesn't pay much attention to any other kid but Tokoyami, and got Shoto confused with someone else.

I think you’re talking about Deku because Shoto has red and white hair, and Deku has green hair
